Only what you choose to give us:

• Enquiry forms and the cost tools: your name, phone number, where your plot or site is, and anything you write in the message box.
• WhatsApp and calls: your phone number and what you tell us. WhatsApp messages opened from this site start with a short code (for example [WEB-CONTACT]) so we know which page you came from.
• Which page you came from: the page you sent the enquiry on, the button you used, and the website or advert that brought you here, if any.

We do not ask for, and do not want, documents such as Aadhaar or PAN through this website.

To call or message you back, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote, and do the work if you hire us. We use the “which page” details to understand which parts of this website help people find us. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else to market to you.

Enquiries reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email, and may be kept in a secure enquiry list that only our team can open. The companies that run these services (for example WhatsApp) handle the data under their own privacy terms.

We count visits and which buttons lead to enquiries so we can improve the site. This counting does not use your name or phone number, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website still works.

If you do not go ahead with us, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as the work, its warranty and the law (for example tax records) need them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email chanconstructions18@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
